Everyone can get sick. What matters? That you report it correctly and on time. This allows us to follow up on your absence and handle the administration properly.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

    \n <\/svg>\n <\/svg>\n Step 1: Notify your supervisor <\/div>\n

    Call as soon as possible and no later than 1 hour before your shift.
    \nDo this personally<\/strong> and by phone. No WhatsApp or text message.
    \nCan\u2019t get through? Leave a clear voicemail with:<\/p>\n

    – Your name
    \n– Reason for absence
    \n– How long you expect to be absent<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n

    \n <\/svg>\n <\/svg>\n Step 2: Send in your doctor\u2019s certificate on time <\/div>\n

    Send a valid certificate within 48 hours via one of these channels:<\/p>\n

    – Email: pz@group-f.be<\/strong>
    \n– Mail: Group-f, Prins Boudewijnlaan 9, unit 11, 2550 Kontich
    \n– Group-f app (follow instructions in app) (coming soon)<\/p>\n

    The certificate must at least state:<\/p>\n

    – Start and end date of your incapacity
    \n– Whether you may leave your home or not
    \n– Contact details of the treating doctor<\/p>\n

    Note:<\/strong> a certificate stating \u201cconsultation only\u201d is not considered sick leave. You must take vacation or unpaid leave.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n

    \n <\/svg>\n <\/svg>\n Step 3: Let us know how long you\u2019ll be absent <\/div>\n

    Call your supervisor again once you know the duration.
    \nPreferably before 4 p.m. on the day of your doctor visit.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n

    \n <\/svg>\n <\/svg>\n Step 4: Be available for control <\/div>\n

    You must be available for a visit by the control doctor.
    \nOnly leave home if allowed on your certificate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n

    \n <\/svg>\n <\/svg>\n Extra for those in the control group <\/div>\n

    – Call HR<\/strong> after each doctor\u2019s visit: 03 230 72 20.
    \n– HR will schedule an appointment with the control doctor (Mediwe).
    \n– You\u2019ll receive appointment details (address, time, doctor) by SMS.<\/p>\n

    Important:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    – Don\u2019t go to the control doctor? You lose your right to guaranteed pay for that period.
    \n– In the control group and don\u2019t call HR? Same consequence.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n

    – Late report = loss of pay that day
    \n– Missing or incorrect certificate = no guaranteed pay from day 1
    \n– Not available for control = no guaranteed pay for the full period<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
