Control group: additional monitoring
Have you reported sick four times or more in a 12-month period? Then you’ll be placed in the control group. This is not a punishment, but a way to ensure continuity at work and to support you if needed.

How will you be informed?
Upon entering the control group, you receive:
– A registered email
– A regular email
– A letter by postThe notification includes:
– An overview of your absences over the past year.
– The exact procedure you must now follow for each new sick report. -
What do you need to do extra?
- Call HR at 03 230 72 20 every time you’re sick, immediately after seeing your doctor. Even for one-day sick leave without a certificate, you must call HR.
- HR schedules an appointment with the Mediwe control doctor.
- You receive an SMS with the date, time and address of the control visit.
- Attending this appointment is mandatory.

What if you’re not available for control?
You won’t receive guaranteed pay for your sick period.
Control is mandatory as long as you’re in the group. -
What stays the same?
You still notify your supervisor before your shift.
You still submit your doctor’s certificate within 48 hours.
Additional communication
All employees receive regular reminders of the rules.
