Everyone occasionally faces difficult situations at work: inappropriate behaviour, conflicts, uncomfortable remarks, or personal issues affecting work. In these cases, you can contact the confidential advisor at Group-f.

Don’t hesitate: you don’t have to deal with it alone. The confidential advisor is there for you – discreet, independent and ready to listen.

    – Listens to your story in confidence
    – Offers a safe space to talk
    – Works with you to find possible solutions
    – Informs you about your rights and possible next steps
    – Supports you if you choose to file a complaint

    – In cases of bullying, discrimination, unwanted sexual behaviour
    – If you’re experiencing stress, mental pressure or conflicts at work
    – If you’re struggling and don’t know who to turn to
