Prevention advisor

The prevention advisor is responsible for workplace wellbeing. This includes safety, ergonomics, mental workload, aggression prevention and more. Their role is to act proactively and step in when needed.

What does the prevention advisor do?

– Investigates unsafe or unhealthy situations at work
– Supports risk analyses and preventive measures
– Works with HR, supervisors and the external service Securex
– Answers questions about physical or mental strain
– Can intervene in reports of psychosocial risks

When to contact them?

– If you feel unsafe at work
– In case of risks or complaints about work conditions (heat, noise, workload…)
– If you’re unsure whether something is healthy or legally compliant

How does contact work?

– You can report your concern directly
– Or go via your supervisor or HR
– The prevention advisor records your signal and follows up appropriately
